The staff of Les Etoiles will welcome all guests with flutes of Champagne Clovis Forest reserve  and drops of Creme de Cassis de Bordeaux.

Sardinian grilled octopus served on creamed zucchini and mint

Flan of lasagna with porcini and lobster served on a  crustaceans bisque

Ravioli stuffed with ricotta cheese, orange and pistacchio nuts served  with grouper sauce

Fillet of sea bass crusted with artichokes, potatoes and crispy bacon

Valrhona black chocolate soufflè with fresh forest fruit

White wine: 
Soave Marani, one of the best Italian white wine

Spirits of great value and coffee at the end of the dinner…
